Refund policy

If your order arrives inaccurate or damaged, please email us as soon as possible at sales@alhamawiusa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. These matters are addressed on a case-by-case basis and we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please note, the staff that handles online orders work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Central Time, excluding holidays. Please be patient will our team as they will get back to as soon as possible. Please only reach out to our staff once via one method of communication; email, text, or call. Sending multiple texts, emails, or calling multiple times will create a delay in getting back to customers as we return calls, texts, and emails in the order received. The same customer reaching out multiple times, makes the queue longer and in turn delays all return communications.

Only Damaged, Spoiled, Wrong items sent be eligible for a refund but will require manager approval, so your patience is appreciated.
