Al-Hamawi USA White Cheese
Our White Cheese is made using goat milk and is brined in salty water, which acts as a natural preservative.
To manage the saltiness of the white cheese, we recommend soaking it in warm water for approximately thirty minutes, and then draining the water. You can repeat this process until you achieve your desired salt level. Please note that while soaking, the cheese may soften slightly. Our white cheese is naturally intended to have a firm texture.
